1. Who we are

Tarot Cruz (tarotcruz.com and the Tarot Cruz app for Android, available on Google Play) is an online tarot service operated by Molarstar Enterprise LDA, NIPC 516438441, with its registered office at Portugal. Contact: suporte@tarotcruz.com.

2. Nature of the service

Tarot Cruz offers tarot readings, card of the day, horoscope, dream interpretation and spirituality content. The service is intended for personal guidance and entertainment. Readings are not guaranteed predictions and do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Important decisions in your life should be made by you, with the support of the appropriate professionals.

3. How readings are made

The readings in the app are generated by an automated artificial intelligence tool, built with Mestre Cruz's method, texts and experience ("the Mestre Cruz Method"). They are not written in real time by Mestre Cruz. If you'd like to speak with him directly, you can do so via JaPassa (japassa.com/mestrecruz), under separately agreed terms.

The artificial intelligence has instructions to avoid inappropriate answers, but since readings are generated automatically, they may, on rare occasions, contain errors or unfortunate phrasing. If an answer seems offensive or inappropriate to you, tap “⚑ Report this answer” below the text — we review every report.

4. Minimum age

The service is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Account

Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time, in the app, on the website or by email — see the Delete account page.

6. Credits and payments

• Paid readings use credits, bought in packages at the price shown before purchase.
• Payments are processed by third parties (such as PayPal). We don't store card details.
• In the app installed from Google Play, credits are bought through Google Play billing, at the price shown in the store for your country, and Google Play's terms also apply.
• Credits are personal and non-transferable, and they don't expire as long as your account exists.

7. Proper use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, try to access restricted areas, overload the system, copy content in bulk or impersonate another person. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Content

The texts, readings, images and Tarot Cruz brand belong to Molarstar Enterprise LDA or are used with permission. You may share your readings for personal use; you may not reproduce them for commercial purposes.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the readings. If a paid reading fails because of a technical problem on our side, the credit is returned.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top. Important changes will be announced in the app.

11. Governing law and disputes

Portuguese law applies. In the event of a dispute, consumers may use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico (Portugal's official online complaints book) and an Alternative Dispute Resolution body for consumer disputes — the list is available on the Portal do Consumidor (Portugal's official consumer portal).
