Delete account
You can delete your Tarot Cruz account and your data at any time, in the app or on this page.
How to delete
- In the app or on the website, while logged in: Profile › Profile and account › “Delete my account” (asks for your password).
- Without logging in: enter your account email below. You'll receive a link to confirm.
- By email: write to suporte@tarotcruz.com from your account email, with the subject “Delete account”.
What gets deleted
- Personal data: name, email, date of birth, gender, relationship status, JaPassa or phone number, bio and profile photo.
- All readings (full readings, Free Tarot, Yes or No, Card of the Day) and follow-up questions.
- Dreams, journal, notes, intentions and moments.
- Hand photos (Life Line) and Time Capsules with all attachments.
- Notification subscriptions and unused credits.
What's kept and for how long
- Payment records (date, amount, package and purchase reference): up to 10 years, because Portuguese tax law requires us to keep them. They stay linked to an anonymous account, with no name or email.
- Reports on readings you've sent: no longer linked to you in any way, kept only to improve moderation.
- Server backups: deleted data also disappears from the backups within 30 days at most.
Deletion happens immediately, as soon as you confirm.
