Why we dream
Dreams are the language of the soul. At night, what we hold back during the day takes the shape of images: water speaks of emotions, a house speaks of ourselves, falling speaks of the fear of losing control. A dream is rarely literal — dreaming of death, for example, almost always signals the end of a cycle and a fresh start, not a tragedy.
Mestre Cruz reads a dream the way he reads the cards: as a whole, with its symbols, what you felt and the moment you're going through. Each interpretation also comes with the tarot card the dream awakened.
