The app
Is Tarot Cruz free?
You have several free tools every day: card of the day, 3-card tarot, yes or no, horoscope, mirror hours, compatibility and moon calendar. Full readings, dream interpretation and Life Line use credits.
Who does the readings?
Readings are generated by an artificial intelligence tool built with Mestre Cruz's method, texts and experience. If you'd like to speak with him directly, you can do so via JaPassa.
Are the readings accurate?
Tarot is guidance: it shows trends, energies and possible paths. The decisions are always yours. For health, legal or financial matters, also seek out a professional.
How do I install the app?
Go to Install App in the menu. On Android it takes just one tap; on iPhone, use Safari's Share button and choose "Add to Home Screen".
Account
Do I need an account?
Not for the free tools. For paid readings, saving readings, the journal and time capsules, yes — and creating one is free.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap "I forgot my password" and you'll get an email to create a new one.
How do I delete my account?
In My Account, under Account, or by writing to suporte@tarotcruz.com. Your data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Credits and payments
What are credits?
They're the app's currency. Each full reading uses credits; the number is shown before you confirm.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a card. We don't store your card details.
Do credits expire?
No. They stay in your account for as long as it exists.
I paid and the credits didn't show up.
They usually show up within a few minutes. If more than 15 minutes go by, send us your account email and the PayPal receipt and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for credits you haven't used yet, within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy.
The reading failed and I lost the credit.
If a reading fails because of a problem on our end, the credit is returned. If it doesn't come back, contact us.
Privacy
Does anyone read my questions?
Your questions are only used to generate your reading and are saved in your account. We don't share them or use them for advertising.
What happens to the photos of my hands?
They're deleted automatically after 30 days, or sooner if you ask.
